The villas can be included in the Areias do Seixo Hotel’s tourism system, where the villa is managed and included in the local accommodation programme and made available to guests. The proprietor is able to reserve the villa for personal use, without any time limit (days/weeks).
This arrangement guarantees free use of the house throughout the year, or there is the option of releasing the property for tourism, thus maximizing the returns on investment.
